Happy Friday! Yikes, it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these!
I couldn’t be happier that the weather is starting to warm up – I actually fractured my foot back in January and was in a boot for 8 weeks D: I didn’t get much exercise during that time so I’m really glad I can start going for long walks again.
Unicorn Pinata – Ok, I’m totally posting this one because of the unicorn frappuccino’s…which by the way, I haven’t tried. I admit I have a large curiosity about them but from what I’ve heard, it’s not worth it. So instead have this fun little piñata – or make an army of many
1930’s Inspired Seventh Heaven Cocktail – it’s no surprise I love a good cocktail, and this vintage one both looks and sounds delicious. I can’t wait to try it out!
Anti Depressants Poster – how cute is this poster! Kitties sure do make a good anti-depressant, and this poster makes me smile so much.
What are you loving this week?
Wow – almost 2 weeks gone of 2017! I’m heading off to a winter wonderland wedding this weekend and am looking forward to relaxing a bit. We finally got hit hard with snow and I’m trying to finish my Winter Belle costume quickly to get some photos.
Geo Bomber Jacket | I love the funky colors and shapes on this bomber jacket. I personally don’t own a bomber jacket, but if I needed to get one this would be it.
Emili Magical Girl Enamel Pin 1 | Emili Kimono Girl Enamel Pin 2 | Have I mentioned how much I adore collecting enamel pins? Bonus if they’re cute girls wearing Kimonos! Stami Studios on Etsy has a lot of fun pins to choose from.
Snow White by MeoMai | Have you seen Jessica’s art? She does stylized characters that are so gorgeous to look at.
What are you loving this week?
Yikes, can you believe we’re already almost through November? I’m slowly transitioning into holiday mode and getting ready for chilly weather. Here’s some things helping me do that:
I love some good liquor packaging, and this Sonoma Brothers Distilling case study is so well done. I love gin in winter, and also think this bottle would make an excellent addition to a bar cart ;)
Love Momiji dolls make a great gift for your friends, or even yourself. I’ve been a fan for a long time and I love the new winter collection.
It wouldn’t be a post this week if I didn’t mention Overwatch’s new hero, Sombra! I’ve only played her a couple of times (she’s really hard for me to get used to) but man her design is cool. Have you played her or the new maps yet? What do you think?
Have a fantastic weekend!
Whew – I’m back from Tokyo! And missed posting this yesterday…whoops :) I’ve taken some time to wrap my head around being back and getting back into a routine – always weird after a long vacation. And I feel like it’s extra strange that it’s almost Halloween – where did October go?? Obviously Halloween is one of my favorite days (hello costumes)…so here’s a few things this week to get into that spooky spirit:
Bat Balloons Oooh…spooky! I wish I was throwing a Halloween party because these huge bat balloons are amazing!
Overwatch Update This Mercy skin is everything…I don’t normally play her but I’m really hoping she comes in one of my crates. Which Halloween skin is your favorite?
Witch’s Brew Cocktail How fab does this look? It uses both Viniq and dry ice…I really want to try this out. Head over to Pizzazzerie to check out the recipe!
What are you most excited for this Halloween? Will you be hosting or attending any fun parties?
Happy Friday! I’ll be the first to admit, I have been neglecting blogging these past few months in favor of cosplay. Oops?
I’m taking some time off sewing to clean up, clear my head, and save some money ∗ ◕ ں ◕ ∗. I also really do want to get back into blogging and drawing – I just got an iPad so I’ve been doodling like crazy. So hopefully soon I should get back into blogging regularly!
Ana – Overwatch: I know some of you play Overwatch, so how excited are you for Ana? She’s the mother of Pharah, and is basically a healing, sniping strong lady. I’ve been playing a lot of D.Va and Lucio, but can’t wait to try Ana!
Cotton candy martini from Style Me Pretty – um, yum? I’m all about pretty drinks, and double points if you can include cotton candy in there. I can’t remember the last time I actually bought cotton candy but I really want to try this recipe out.
This retro gaming illustration by Jelo Zapanza is so much fun – I’m actually going to a 90’s themed party tonight, so hopefully I’ll get to play some SEGA genesis!
What are you up to this weekend?
