Alice & Olivia is one of my favorite designers and last year’s Fall 2014 is such a gorgeous collection. Very dark fairy tale-esque…love.

I’m a big fan of Abigail Dela Cruz (remember her Sailor Moon illustrations?), and her Jessica Rabbit illustration is no exception. The colors are gorgeous, and I love how sultry she looks.

I LOVE finding new and original cosplays, and cosplayers in general to follow. I really adore Steampunk Red Riding Hood by Tea Time Costuming. This costume is so amazing, and is based on this gorgeous illustration by NoFlutter.

What are you loving this week?

Cosplay | Caitlyn, Part 2

Finally, here is my part 2 of my Caitlyn cosplay! I wore this to both Connecticon & Boston Comic Con, and had so much fun wearing it.

If you’re looking to see how I made this costume, go here! And if you have any specific questions I’d be happy to answer them. It was a learning process with the gun and hat, but ultimately I’m happy with them.

Do you have a favorite League of Legends character?

Product & Print | 071

Oh, is it the beginning of the week again? July absolutely flew by for me, anyone else feeling a little stressed it’s August already?

Anyway, I’ve been wanting to create a dedicated sewing/craft space in my apartment, and I’ve been looking for interesting pieces that would create a fun, creative atmosphere. I’m still a ways away from actually purchasing anything, but it’s fun to pretend! This week’s Product & Print has some pieces I think would be great in any crafting space!

Product & Print

Since prints are one of my favorite pieces to make a space feel more personal, I have a lot of fun choosing ones that are simple yet bright. I’m in love with this fox print by Lucy Alice.

This paper mobile by submicrocosm is such an intricate piece, and I love that it’s made out of paper. Isn’t that great? I love the little details.

What items do you have/what would you put into a dedicated crafting space?

Cosplay | Elizabeth Comstock Part 2

Yay, I’m really happy to share the Part 2 of my Elizabeth Comstock cosplay! These photos came out phenomenally, and I’m so happy with them (thanks again, Sam!). My favorites are the ones where Columbia are photoshopped into the background…so much fun!

I realllly wanted to update this bottle a bit more before shooting (it’s supposed to look more like this), but I didn’t have the time. I still like how it came out, and it makes a great decoration!

Now that I’ve finally finished all three Bioshock Infinite Elizabeths, I’m so excited to keep working on my planned cosplays for this year…next up is Alice & Caitlyn!

Happy Friday!

Well, another week over! Thank you everyone who commented on my birthday post, it means a lot :) 25 feels like it’s going to be a great year.

I love this spacey, futuristic illustration by Andy Garcia. She looks like some sort of pop star/aerobic fitness instructor, and I love it.

This bedroom is my dream…it’s girly, neutral, and bright at the same time. If you click through the whole slideshow, I’m pretty much in love with the entire home.

I just recently started watching Adventure Time (thanks, Netflix), and this female Finn (Fiona) by Momoko-Cosplay is so well done. She makes a great Fiona! Does anyone else watch Adventure Time?
